If you like oysters, we’ve got ‘em natural, or steamed in Sake, ginger & shallots, or ‘Mamasan’ – with flying fish roe, soy & lemon juice.
Our fresh Sashimi comes served on ice in a flowerpot. Why not? You can get it in three sizes – Baby-San, Papa-San, or Big Mamasan! They all come with assorted cuts of Salmon, Tuna, Kingfish, Snapper & whatever else catches our Chef’s eye as he cruises the Fish markets. We have different specials every few days depending on what looks good.
Our Carpaccio is fresh white fish sashimi, sprinkled with pork crackling & drizzled with truffle oil. If heaven has a taste, this is it.
We’ve got a Spicy Sashimi salad with pine nuts, and a Mamasan Magic Sea Garden salad – with tofu, seaweed, avocado & a walnut miso dressing.
And if you’re into Sushi Rolls we’ve got Spider (Soft Shell Crab), Hot Hot Tuna & other rock’n'rolls built for your eating pleasure.
