Duck Pancakes, Pork Belly, Chilli Chicken, & Fish on Fire. And Pork Buns.

Our heritage combines Japan with Taiwan, but with a creative twist. (We hate the word “fusion” but it’s kinda accurate.)

Our melt-in-mouth Pork Belly comes with apple wasabi. Yep – apple wasabi… yum.

‘Fish On Fire’ is miso marinated salmon cooked sandwiched between sheets of cedar paper, then torched & served with embers glowing.

Our signature dish is One Bite Beef – which is the long fillet off the back of the beast meticulously trimmed of all fat, then cooked teppanyaki style in pepper & soy sauce.

Homemade beef & chive dumplings come with our special Sichuan chilli sauce – so damn good we’ll eventually get around to bottling it.

Sharing is almost compulsory, but we’ll understand if you want it all to yourself : )
